Case Manager - Recovery Coach (full description)

This position is responsible for assessment, case management and referral services targeting individuals in need of substance abuse services who use the Interim Housing/Support Center system, and facilitating evidenced based substance abuse treatment readiness and recovery groups.  Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.  CADC or CARS certification.  Experience working with MISA (mentally ill/substance abuse) population is preferred.  Experience working with homeless or similar population a plus.
