Chef Jennifer Wylie studied at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, interned at Gramercy Tavern under Chef Tom Colicchio (chef-judge for Top Chef on Bravo), and then returned to Chicago to work for Chef Jean Joho at the four-star Everest Room. |
